Hizbullah Responsible For Gaza Rocket Attacks

TEL AVIV [MENL] -- Israel's military has determined that Hizbullah wasfinancing Palestinian missile and rocket strikes from the Gaza Strip.Military intelligence has assessed that Hizbullah was equipping andfinancing Palestinian gunners to launch missiles, mortars and rockets intoIsrael. The assessment said the Hizbullah campaign was in contrast toefforts by the Hamas regime to achieve a lull in the war with Israel."Hizbullah and Iran want to use the Gaza Strip as a lever toweaken Israel," a military intelligence source said. "The fact that this isnot in Hamas's interests right now means nothing to Teheran."
